I think one of the reasons why Irshad has been looked at with a negative light is because she has friends like Ayan Hirshi Ali and Salman Rushdie , even though she might not exactly share their point of view, the link is damaging enough.

People cannot be bound in a book, the ability to reason and rational thinking is a God given gift and a must to evolve a religion. Hinduism had many movements within from Sanatan, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism etc and all live in peace in India, they dont kill each other for not following Ram or Hanuman or Shiva.Please learn from our roots, we south asians across Indus river and Hindukush mountains were all Hindus/Buddhists once. The ability to challenge and reason is a must
