+ he became copy ninja after getting the sharingan but he was jounin at the age of 11(b4 getting the sharingan) while possible uchiha candidates still existed for jounin positions.

Kakashi is simply Awesome.
People love him coz of his attitude.He acts like a bum most of the time but when the situation arises he kick butt.Also there is the mask which gives him a mysterious look and the fact rocks that he can express all his feelings with that single eye. Masashi is a genius to think up such a character

The reason why a lot of girls like Kakashi is because he has a really cute and lovable personality. Even though he has white hair that doesn't mean he's a really old man. He had it since he was born and is another quality that girls like about him. ^_^
