How to install
- Download and extract the files
- Open photoshop
- Go to your brushes
- Click the down arrow the the left arrow
- Go down to "Load Brushes"
- Import the brushes

omg this is impossible on CS5... i got the brushes imported and they show up. But I can't drag that layer of scratches and make it bigger... help !
