  • @TheAleksMichel Here is the thing about great musicians, such as Richard Tee. Great musicians have "their" sound. I can tell if Richard Tee is the one playing the piano, or especially the Fender Rhodes, and know it's him without ever seeing him. No one sounded quite like he did. All of the great players have that. He had a sound that was his, and it was wonderful.

  • love it - love Richard Tee's stuff

  • MIchael Brecker, Randy Brecker, David Sanborn.........

  • @TheAleksMichel acts

Paul Simon, Hank Crawford, George Benson, Grover Washington Jr.Cornell Dupree, Steve Gadd, Jackie DeShannon, Hall & Oates, Quincy Jones, Roberta Flack, Peter Gabriel and Aretha Franklin...too name but a few all "overated" him. If only they'd asked you first!

  • @TheAleksMichel I've been playing piano for over 50 years. I wish I was not that good a pianist!

  • Backstreet boys rule!

  • @coachcdobbs well said.

  • It's musicians like Richard Tee who propel our musical favorites. They make themselves 'happen'. When one can close two eyes and know whom they are listening to.. it's a special something.

Enjoying is the most important feeling.

  • Paul Simon gifs it Gospel <3

  • @TheAleksMichel every musician plays what he does well

  • lol i love how all of richard tees solos sound the same...hes got the groove but he is so over rated i think. he has found one thing and does it all the time...over and over a gain. i like it but hes too well known and not that a good pianist
