Formerly a John Cale produced new wave band called Marie et les Garçons, after the departure of drummer Marie, the rest of the band go disco on this Lp - Philips Records, 1979. Produced by Michael Zilkha & Michel Esteban. Written by Patrick Vidal, Erik Fitoussi, & Jean-Pierre Charriau. Awesome strings by Carlos Franzetti.

I had this album when it was released! I have downloaded the Italian version for my IPod, but couldn't find the French original.

The strings are awesome indeed - they're just asking for someone to steal them for a remix.
