Zeitgeist: Spirit of the Age Refuted

This film refutes the following claims made in the film Zeitgeist: -Christianity was borrowed from pagan myths? -The Bible was plagiarized? -Jesus wasn't a historical figure? -Christianity was created for social control? -The Bible is based on astrology?
"The first real parallel of a dying and rising god does not appear until A.D. 150, more than a hundred years after the origin of Christianity. So if there was any influence of one on the other, it was the influence of the historical event of the New Testament [resurrection] on mythology, not the reverse. The only known account of a god surviving death that predates Christianity is the Egyptian cult god Osiris. In this myth, Osiris is cut into fourteen pieces, scattered around Egypt, then reassembled and brought back to life by the goddess Isis. However, Osiris does not actually come back to physical life but becomes a member of a shadowy underworld...This is far different than Jesus' resurrection account where he was the gloriously risen Prince of life who was seen by others on earth before his ascension into heaven." --Dr. Norman Geisler

For fuck sake. How can someone believe in God. Its like Moses who got his msg on mountian suprisingly no one was there..... and mohmad who wrote Quran in cave where no one was there..... and so is jesus... Also The devil is ruler of the world? are you kiding me sounds like fucking fair tale to me.
watching pt 1 of zeitgeist , Acharya s presents fact after fact after fact about the SUN being inspiration for later myths....the parallels between Jesus and older myths are too numerous and concrete to refute ive not seen one legitimate point disputed by christians on this, and thats because they want to focus on abstract, faith based rhetoric rather than try and disprove something they know they cant
You cannot proove something dos not excist but you can proove if something does excist. in other words you should be prooving to me that christ and god are real not me prooving that they are not.
why would they state some as being a homosexual philosopher? wha the fuck does homosexuality have to do with his philosophies? or is it just thrown in there to make his ideas less appealing to the listener?

This movie doesn't refute anything, despite some of the propaganda in zeitgeist.
