@sanivivo They are both very nice. With a standard batteries, I like the Dewalt. Just a nice feel. When you put an high capacity on the MIlwaukee, it really changes the feel of the Milwaukee and give it a much better feel and balance. In regards to power, they are about the same. Both of our models are still running. I have seen people complain about both and praise both.
For projects around the house; wouldn't you be just fine with a drill only? Isn't it possible to use screw driver bits on a drill? Just trying to figure out why would I need a separate drill and screwdriver tool.
@842qwery Your correct. If your just working around the house, I would just go with the drill and forget about the screwdriver. The screwdriver is about 1.25" shorter than the drill, so you can get into tight spots with the screwdriver. It is designed more for the contractor who works in tighter spots and is primarly fastening. Maybe inside an electrical panel, attaching stuff between joist or other tight areas.
With the impact I drove 3/8" x 3" lag bolts (no pre-drilled holes) into 4x4's and the damn thing felt like an 18v with power to spare.Unbelievable power for a 12v.
How would you compare this to the milwaukee m12 screwdriver(I think its 2401-22)
