  • God I love Dr Brian C's interview. He talks so much sence and hes so inspiring. I just wish i had the ability to go raw and cure myself.

  • You do. It takes to creates a environment that supports it. If you don't have one, create it. make a monthly event raw pot luck and advertise it on meet up. If no one around you has any experience with raw, get them exited on the benefits (show them videos on the subject) and just send them simple recipes they can do. I hope this is a suggestion that helps you and your journey to higher health!

  • @ishwariInternational Thanks that great advice. I think its trial and error for me at the moment. I don't beat myself up for falling off the wagon, but having said that i think I'm falling off the wagon too often.

  • @leahcimrac My advice is to watch more videos like this, read books about raw food & friend these people on facebook so you'll get updates. Surround yourself and inundate your consciousness with this information. You might think you know it, but the more you hear it the more it will really sink in. Be gentle with yourself. Start small. Every little bit helps. It get's easier. I'm on day 12 of a 100% raw food cleanse. Two weeks ago I was scarfing buffalo wings. I'm healthier and proud of myself.
