Wow, this obviously was a serious issue with you... especially to get you to come back to YouTube. I can't see how some stores would allow this. I'd make sure those customers knew they'd be responsible for any damages caused by their dogs.
This is even starting to burn me up. How can people not understand the rules... or why there ARE rules, when their dogs use your store as their own backyard. Hope you enforce this more! The nerve of some people..
