Dr Fransis Boyle, an international law and human rights expert and professor of law at the University of Illinois accused GOSL for withdrawing CFA without reasoning out why? Boyle, a law Professor suppose to protect civil societies from terrorists and its shocking and a shame to see how he tries to cover LTTE terrorism n accuse of genocides against a government of Sri Lanka which engaged in a pure humanitarian operations. Even more pathetic to see how Boyle, the law maker became a law breaker.

Boyle does make good points. The tigers are not terrorists, but they are a movement, and no matter what, you cannot "destroy" a movement. The Government is not ready to create a tamil state in a unified Sri Lanka, since its has spread much propaganda of the country of Sri Lanka being a Singhalese State. There are many videos online of high SL officials publicly stating this.

Boyl- CFA 2002 viloations as per 30june2006: by LTTE-3006, by GOSL-136. LTTE refused talks in Geneva in Sep2006 unless GOSL accept Elam. Increased suicide attacks. MR tolerated 1yr after office. No actions by SLMM for huge violations by LTTE. Boyl, Law Professors suppose to protect civil societies from terrorists. Shame trying to cover LTTE terror. Patheitic, law maker became law breaker.

Thanks Dr.Francis Boyle for making the world aware of this untold humanitarian sufferings of Tamils. Government of Sri Lanka is using food as weapon now. Nir Deva is talking stupid here. He doesn't have a human heart or vision. What happened to the Tamil civilian who moved to the Government controlled area? Please help them first, before you open your bloody mouth. Idiot.
