@supermanbp09 bitch i'm 5 foot 9 . i weight 140 pounds..... I have 8 pack, Biceps (32cm) , i can lift 120 on bench press..... 210lbs on dead lift without using a belt....... I made 16 , 2 weeks ago..... i eat 1-2 times per day..... i don't have any money to eat that much... xD
BTW i started going to the gym 4 weeks ago ( i go 1 a week only) before that i completed p90x once, i started p90x2 1 week ago...... that's it....... (before p90x and other workouts i was doing push & pull ups abs only

I find it very interesting that all of Justin's videos have prompted so many to either call him a liar regarding his age, accuse him of using drugs, or both.When I first started training at a gym in high school, I weighed 140 lbs. After 1-2 years I had gotten my bodyweight up to 202 lbs. at a height of about 5'7" or 5'8".I didn't use anything stronger than plain creatine monohydrate.I trained consistently and intensely, and ate 7-8 times a day as I learned about nutrition.
