Where is the proof for your claim about telepathy traveling at instantaneous speeds? I have a hard time imagining how this could be verified, because the furthest distance two people can be apart on this planet is an incredibly small amount of light-time to travel, so this would be impossible to experimentally observe.

? What? It requires an infinite amount of energy to reach the speed of light and so its impossible to pass the speed of light.

Electrons/photons do comunicate with each other. As you stated, there must be no "space" for this to happen!. When electrons are in a collision and seperate as two particles the collision is high energy. The electrons would travel near speed of light. As you know with special relativity space will contract and time will slow/halt. Thus when we measure the electrons having a 1 meter distance, in there spacetime, they have just parted. Thus you can't change the spin as mentioned.
