better to take 2 super antis, 2 super energies and the rest monks if you dont care aabout artefacts. Also search urns for snakes first and then loot them. If you dont loot mid chests its the same xp per hour if not more, i make 25k xp per trip at 91+ thieving. Doing this method will save you about 200k of food.

its decent but i bring 4 or 5 super anti poisins and its better than just waiting till your done plus i fill my inven with food and get atleast 60k exp per inven and my level is 59
