if you live in a gold bearing area you could really classify some material there!!!I could see this hooked to a small solar panel and a battery and instead of five gallon buckets you would be pushing a wheelbarrow down to the sluice box lol.
I've been trawling the net for months and actually made one with a jigsaw but it was mounted above and pulled on the mesh screen. Result? torn mesh and everything falling through the hole. I can soon adapt mine to work by your method though so thank you very much! By the way I've got 80 foot by 40 odd foot to dig over!
