this is an amazing ride

Back in the day, each car only used one safety bar, locked over the laps of both riders at about mid-thigh. When I was a kid in the 80s, I felt like I had to hold onto the bar to keep from slipping out. I got a LOT of air during the drops. Even when I last rode it in 1999, a fully grown man at 6'1" and (then) 190 lbs, I would still get a little bit of that thrilling feeling of threat, and a bruise or two to boot. I've never ridden another coaster that was as fun as The Wild One was.

i think the last part of the ride is not the same. plenty of good times on that ride at paragon park. im glad they saved it, but wish it never left home. great job at filming the ride. brought back some good memories.
