Kassemady Diabate, one of West-Africa's most beautiful voices, on stage (Utrecht, The Netherlands, May 2006). Accompagnied by Toumani Diabate's Symmetric Orchestra he sings Yafama (forgive me), a lovesong in which he advices his audience not to behave like a hypocrite. He comes from Kela, a small village in the south of Mali, very wellknown because of its famous Diabate griots.
Man, this is great stuff. More please, more!
