@leafsfan234 I noticed the same thing i'm not a Prop or Hooker but a Lock so i've never played in the Front row but at least we all know how to bind unlike the girls in this video but how do you act as the Hooker are you an ordinary run-of the mill Hooker or do you play other Positions? the way I think best to describe the way me and the number 4 act is a mixture of Bakkies Botha and Ali Williams one is a thug one is highly mobile but both do there job properly

The loose prop should also bind at the shorts to help raise the hooker off the ground for easier hooking movement.
