why is your real taped to your rod

@austinnale Years ago I taped my reels to the rods because some pros said it made the rod feel more sensitive to bites and it was easier to balance the reel to the rod. Over the years I'm not so sure it made much of a difference. Thanks for asking. ~ Trout Ninja ~

grass carp are sooo fun, i just caught one a little bit bigger one than yours here last nite on an ultra lite setup with 4 pound test...theyt are amazing

yes, it's not easy to take out bigger grass carps without a net. It is very hard to grab them with one hand.
