"Shut up, Robert! Don't try to turn this thing on me, we are focusing on Frank. He is the main priority at this moment. If you want to believe that I don't know where I stand as in trying to figure out what Kiyo really did, then fine but don't yell at me and throw around false accusations about me."
"False accusations? But Alex, you definitely know I'm telling the truth. That psycho boyfriend of your's killed Natalie and you are the one to blame for it."
"No, I'm not! Why don't you get it through that thick skull of your's that I am on your side, stop trying to blame everything on me!"
"If you weren't so stupid then I wouldn't have to blame anything on you!"
"Stupid? So now I'm stupid because you think that I'm on Kiyo's side?"
He was silent.
"Guys, just calm down, okay." Shawn muttered from the front seat.
"No. If Robert thinks that I'm stupid then he needs to explain why. So Robert what do you have to say?"
"Hey, Shawn how close are we to the hospital?"
I scoffed. "Excuse me Robert-"
"You're excused."
"Robert stop acting so immature."
"Who said I was acting immature? If I don't want to talk to you, then I don't want to talk to you. Simple as that."
"But what I don't understand, Robert, is the fact that you called me witless. And for what reason I ask. If you're going to call me stupid, back it up. Don't be immature and stop talking to me. So, let's try this again. Why did you call me stupid?-"
"Because it took you four long months to realize what he had done. Natalie and I would always try to warn but no you wouldn't listen to us! You wouldn't listen to anyone! He'd stolen you away from me! A killer doesn't even deserve to live let alone be loved by you. I was the one who was always there for you; you should've chosen me. I am and always will be the one for you. I swear to you, Alex, that when we see Kiyo. I will kill him-"
I cut him off before he could say another word, "Robert please just...." I sighed. "Just stop talking."
"No, I want you to understand what's happened over the past four months. Kiyo has done all of these things to you and to everyone else, why don't you understand that we should just go to the police station and report him. That way everything can somehow be amended, give Natalie's family some sort of closure..." He paused and looked up at me, "We all need closure."
"I can't turn him in, we don't have any evidence whatsoever-"
"Bullshit, he has Natalie's blood underneath his fingernails, you saw it we all saw it."
"But how are we sure, Robert." I said while fiddling with my hands, everything just seemed to be a bit too much. Even though I knew Kiyo was associated with the events that were happening, I still couldn't seem to forget how great he made me feel. He loved me, is it even stranger that I still love him?
Robert laughed and shook his head. "He just tried to kill Shawn, is that good enough for you? That sicko needs to rot in a cell. Hell, I'll gladly testify against him."
"Me too, plus I'm going to sue him for my car." Shawn said while leaning back in his seat.
I looked at Shawn then back to Robert. "No, no it could've been Kiyo who tried to kill us. He could've have done it, I know for a fact that he didn't do it."
"You know what this sounds like, an extreme case of Stockholm Syndrome. You too foolish and brainwashed to believe that your precious Kiyo couldn't have killed Natalie, oh God no, he couldn't have that, right?" I furrowed my brow and pursed my lips. "Oh and had absolutely no intention of blowing Shawn's brains out because that's not...like him." Robert said while looking at me questionably I wanted to say so many other things to him, to get him to shut up and try to defend Kiyo but I kept quiet. Why was I still trying to stand up for him when I knew that he killed my friend and possibly even Tracey Briggs?... Robert was right I was the poster child for Stockholm Syndrome, I was in a sense being held captive by Kiyo, but I grew to love him. Though people that you love don't kill for the sake of it and they don't try to hide secrets from you. That was all the more motivation I needed to help get to Frank before it was too late.
"How far away are we from the hospital?" I asked John.
"Not too long about five minutes I'd say." John said while looking at me from the rearview mirror.
"Are you sure of what you want to do now?" Robert asked, placing his hand on my shoulder. I turned to him and looked into his eyes. I was sure of everything now, there was no longer going to be any bloodshed. Kiyo was a stranger to me now.
I could feel the corners of my mouth pull into a sly grin. "Let's get Frank."

This is soo good !

I'm pretty sure it was Kiyo who tried shooting them , who killed Natalie, and who killed Tracey Briggs. I loveee this story !
