Operation Overwatch 2009: DHS-controlled CERT zombies march in Pinedorado Days parade

On September 5, 2009, local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers participate in Cambria, California's annual Pinedorado Days (i.e. Labor Day weekend celebration) parade, putting a friendly local face on the federal government behemoth -- the Department of Homeland Security, or DHS -- which is responsible for implementing numerous emergency response programs, up to & including the notorious FEMA camps.

The CERT program was developed in 1985 by the Los Angeles Fire Department & was intended for Los Angeles County volunteers only, but, by 2002, the program had been completely co-opted by Citizen Corps -- a federal agency which is under the auspices of DHS / FEMA -- & expanded to include all 50 states & several U.S. territories ( http://www.citizencorps.gov/about.shtm )

In other words, these CERT volunteers are the friendly, local faces who will be waving you into the FEMA camps whenever disaster strikes ... & which is why we've now got them marching in local, hometown parades: To convince the mass population that having federally-controlled operatives in every city, town & village is a wonderful thing.

Talk about indoctrination & acclimatization.

God bless them (for they know not what they do!) Everybody loves a volunteer ... But what these upstanding, sincere citizens don't understand is that they are ultimately being developed by a corporate / fascist elite into a giant web of citizen "snitch squads" & control freaks -- Neighbors snitching on neighbors! Neighbors controlling the behavior of neighbors! Nowhere to run! Nowhere to hide! Eyes are everywhere! The walls have ears! -- where the powers that be don't even have to lift a finger to control us, because they've tricked us into controlling ourselves:

This particular flowchart starts at DHS & stops at FEMA, so just remember that: The President controls DHS, DHS controls FEMA, FEMA controls Citizen Corps & the Citizen Corps controls CERT (or: dookie runs down hill).
