that hot coffee case as it turns out was actually kinda justified, shes was a old lady and the coffee was soooo hot apparently that she needed surgery and even then she just asked macdonalds to pay for the bit of her operation that her insurance didn't cover. when they said no only then did she sue, when u hear all the details her suing macdonalds didn't seem that crazy. some lady wrote a book about these type cases and how some might actually have merit,

@MovieBlogTV I think the Trailers for "3000 miles to Graceland" made it look like some kinda wacky caper film. And it so wasn't.

Drive certainly is an art-house film through and through with a few bursts of ultra violence to grab attention. In retrospect, I believe that Ryan Gossling’s character was autistic or has some sort of mental deficiency. This makes the rather ludicrous actions and flat out dumb character beats depicted more palatable and even interesting to a degree. I think people are overly praising this film because it is indeed so different but suing over a misleading trailer is silly.
