Footage of a large rowhouse fire @ 14th St + Oak St NW, Washington DC taken around 1:30am December 6th, 2009.
The fire started around 12:45am, but the fire department took some time to arrive (even though the station is a few hundred meters away). The fire was under control by about 2:30am.
The fire was dispatched to the fire house at 1:34 am. The first companies were inside the house @ 1:35 am. Don't know how long it took for the fire to be reported or for it to be dispatched to the firehouse.

I think the synopsis of the video is unfair. I live across the street and I felt they got there super fast. The fire house is less than a block away! Really spectactular, tragic fire, though. Looks like only 3 houses gutted in a fire that could have consumed the whole block.
