My first attempt at recording a benchmark on my new PC, the game performs well. Sorry about the audio, i tried using speakers and headphones and nothing sounds good for the mic. I will get to fixing that later :)

  • get a 7970. bye

  • @Hankextreme Well both of my 470s are a little faster than a single 7970. im not an AMD guy anyways but even if i was it's $500 to get one.

  • @hl2ep3 Lol...

The 7970 is superior than the 580 in all benchmarks,so it's highly impossible for your 470 to be better than a 7970

  • @Hankextreme I'm not saying one would be better, im saying TWO 470's atr about the same as ONE 7970. so it's 2x the speed of one of my cards. thats saying the 7970 is an amazing card! :\

i just can't upgrade to anything at the moment.

  • @codplayer515 Agreed. Kepler is the first step in new gen tech, it really is amazing. I think I'll hold out for Maxwell though. Maxwell is going to be ungodly incredible.

  • btw this becnhmark sucks, i have two 580s and my fps dont drop below 65 FPS in game and benchmarks...this is sad.

  • @Coolguyuno1

same here i had a 5970 and my 2 580s crush it. Nvidia is laughing at the 7970s right now, yes they maybe faster but kepler is waiting to crush it.

  • 7970 is a low end video card. watch Kepler already claimign 45% greater performance than that piece of crap. Rather save my money for quality and good drivers over the monthly monkey made drivers that ruin every other AMD series.

  • @Hankextreme run 580 sli and I am a dedicated nvidia fan. However, the 7970 does crush a 580 on all tests. I haven't seen them in action, but my experience with ATI is that FPS means nothing. Nvidia cards play far smoother even with inferior fps. (I used to own a 5970)

  • @hl2ep3 Sorry then :)
