Asians live on a high vege diet. But Americans love fried foods... REAL asian foods that is prepared in China, Japan isn't introduced here, because WE WONT EAT IT..Asians can only make money off of us, if they pile up the most unhealthiest food. General Tsu Chicken, Burbahn chicken. These foods are eaten in Asia, but they are a pleasure food like cheesecake in the U.s. The real dinners and meals served in Asia, are what's in this book. I use to weigh 155 lbs 5'4. Now l'm 96 lbs.

i dont know if this is true becuz i LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE asian food. And i notice that i gained ALOT of weight getting chinese food. So why is that?
