Yes, you can have morality without being a Christian but this is only possible because of God's common grace upon all men. Morality, unfortunately, does not save men from the Lake of Fire.

Homosexuality is a perversion of the natural sexual inclination of man and woman but it is important for people to understand that sodomy is only ONE sin among innumerable sins in the world.

Jesus said to be perfect even as He is perfect. That means be mature in your relationship with God. We can all make mistakes, but we don't necessarily sin when we do. He loves us and forgives us IF we sin. So that little word if means what it says, we don't have to sin, but can, and God is not pleased. Living a homosexual life style is continuing in sin and God forbids that.

all sin will send us to hell, only through are Lord Jesus can we be saved from hell. so repent get baptized in Jesus name and Jesus will fill you with His spirt . does this mean im perfect ? no . so does this give me the right to keep sinning ?
