Tim do you tune your toms top and bottom to the same pitch. Also do you try to tune to specific notes. If so what are they. You get a great sound and your feel is excellant. Are the toms a fourth apart. thanks so much

Thanks so much for your complements! My answer to this question is not a typical one. I just tune till it sounds good. I usually have my bottom head tuned a little higher than the top, and then I mess with the top head until I get a sound I am happy with. My ear naturally tunes the toms either a P4 or P5 apart. Don't know why, it has been like that my whole life. Hope this helps.
