Combat Psychology Guide
The martial arts isn't about fighting..
At the core of martial arts is respect..Respect for yourself and respect for your opponent. It's about testing yourself and testing your spirit.
You do not need to punch someone or fight to be a martial artist. But you do need to try to fix yourself (and this process never ends)...We all need courage, hope, and will...What we don't have, we work on!
Martial arts changed my life, it wasn't learning how to throw a punch ..But becoming a more disciplined person.
MMA training is the best exercise:

Some love to fight, naturally game bred..
the closest I've seen to a natural fighter is Wanderlei Silva..Not so much in his technique, but in his heart.
Others want to test themselves..despite the fight..Such as Lyoto who seems very bothered hurting anyone. He get's hurt the least out of anyone that fights at a high level.
I only decided to comment so you had atleast 1 person comment on your work....well there ya go
