The rooms in this hotel have been updated and are quite cute. The location is quiet. The views from all the rooms are spectacular, the staff is very nice. Because it's a small hotel the walk to and from your spot on the beach is short, I wouldn't want to stay any where els in PCB.
We have stayed at the larger more expensive hotels @ PCB and this one is by far our favorite.
