@hfleury1984 call a lemon law lawyer if you already haven't done so. many will help you for free until you get a settlement from which they take a portion. very easy to do and it's worth it. after all gm, steals money and cheats people.

gm=trash. this piece of shit is a daewoo lanos. My friend's aveo was in the shop 9 times in 14,000 miles. --master cylinder failed. --brake booster vacuum leak (had to hit a curb to stop the car cause the brakes failed) --uncontrolled idle problem --18mpg maximum --horrid wind noise on the highway --rear brake pulsation --windshield washer reservoir leaking (prob from hitting the curb from brake failure) --oil leak --power steering failure --transmission gets stuck in gear corrupt chevy dealer

Hey - I have been having MAJOR issues with my 2009 Chevrolet Aveo and I have already talked to GM several times. How did you end up getting these guys to solve your problem. I have tried being nice to them, tried threatening legal action against them. My car has 27,000kms on it, is only 18 months old and since 12,500kms it has been in the shop 12 times. Today it was TOWED to the shop for the second tow. It has been in for not starting, noises and now no steering and it quit! can u help me?

You need to get a lawyer and sue under the lemon law in the state you in. I think I can get you a wesite that will list all lawyers in the state youe in. Just send me a personal message!
