Start Level in Debug - Change "Start Level" action to "Free Movement (Debug)"
SA2 Style Light Speed Dash - Change "Jump Cancel" action to "Light Speed Dash" and change "Jump Cancel" animation to "Light Speed Dash flight" - idea stolen from Dude :P
Super Homing Attack - Change "Homing Attack/Jump Dash" action to "Light Speed Attack"
End Pose - Change "Victory" animation to "Surfer Stance"
Amy - Change "CPU Tails" in character switch to "Amy"

Yes, every time it uses a character, you can replace them with any other character perfectly.

I think what you are asking is, "Can I have two different textures on the same character?"

The answer to that is no. You can put any two characters together but they will always use the textures from "SONIC.PVM", "AMY.PVM", "BIG.PVM", or whatever.

Sounds that Amy as CPU Tails makes would be fitting for Sonic if he has a Piko-Piko Hammer! It would be awesome if Sonic, while running, actually holds the Piko-Piko Hammer, makes the sound when he's climbing a ladder(Hammer attack), make that "WHOA!" sound when he's using it(Mid-air hammer attack), and make Sonic's shocked "Whoa!!" when he does the Hammer Jump! Could somebody hack Sonic to have a Piko-Piko Hammer?

Amy makes Sonic's sounds, no matter if you replace Sonic or Tails with Amy, they still have Sonic's sounds. Though I wish Tails as Amy make Tails' sounds instead of Sonic's sounds.
