Yes we ship worldwide and it is 12usd for normal shipping(10-14days) and 27usd for express(5-7days)
And brown or gray will look good on blue eyes. :)
Or if you want to go to the extreme try black. it looks amazing with an black ring outside of your blue eyes.
And all of our lens are pretty soft.

circle lenses are gorgeous! im so in love with them!! im waiting my isako lenses here! and its safe! my friend´s lenses just arrived the other day, and they are SOO PRETTY!
