No: he's Anxo... a monster of galician gaita. The tunes are also galician: Aires de Pontevedra and Muñeira de Casu.

There is not a jig, there's an Asturian traditional tune, "Muñeira de Casu". The first tune is a Galician tune composed by the great masterpipe Ricardo Portela; its name is "Aires de Pontevedra", and it's based on old Galician "alboradas".
