if you think this guy is nothing special go watch him in person, i was at that game and his throws were actually very hard and had carry, video doesn't show it well, i agree with gally21686 people just need to realize talent, and not think they are better than everyone. just look at his bat speed

was that adam lind hitting clean up on the same team as snider??? that would be ironic... having two players who played high school ball together and were hitting in the 3 and 4 spots, end up on the same team

not only based on these comments but i think its funny how some people can never admit that someone else is good at anything, theyre never ever impressed by anybody. this guy is a big time hitting prospect but ya got people saying "he aint anything special"... hmmmm, is that why he was drafted in the first half of the first round and youre so good that you sit around and watch youtube all day?

he is not that special yeah he is a good hitter and he throw gas but he wasnt that good look at people back in the day like barry bonds, sammy sosa, a-rod, derek jeter, big mark who played for the cardinals thier way better then this guy coming out of highschool and only one of them was drafted first round pick it was A-rod so to sum it all up he isnt anything special

thirdbaseman94, that was the dumbest comment ive ever heard from anybody. ever. youre saying since in his year and a half in the minors he hasnt had as good a career as sosa, arod, jeter, mcgwire and bonds then hes not anything special? and are you just throwing names out there? because bonds, mcgwire werent big time prospects til college. and "back in the day"?good god, why am i even responding to ur dumb a**,how old are you? 12? ur right tho, hes only going to play in the bigs as a 21 year old

First of all, McGwire, Jeter, A-Rod, and Bonds were all drafted in the first round. Sosa was signed as an international free agent because he was not elegible to be drafted. Secondly, McGwire and Bonds were in college and Jeter was still in A ball when they were Snider's age.
