i really dont think that one is a 1910 just for thre fact that in 1910 there was only 4000 made and to date there is only one 1910 evinrude in running condition

The facts as they are known (and best verified) are that Evinrude built and sold no more 1000 motors in 1910, as verified by an independent accounting firm in the early 1950's. The motor in the video falls well within the boundary of the serial number range stated to have been produced in 1910.
If you have evidence to the contrary, I'm sure we'd all like to see it. It's very easy to say "it's not a 1910 motor", but you should be prepared to back it up.
