download the file open it with winrar there should be two files
drag them to the psp game folder from there click on the one without the percent sign at the end there is a file called roms that is where u put ur games

@mion314 No, as a matter of fact, there is not. Sony has blocked so much of the psp's capabilities that, in order for its true potential to bloom, custom firmware must be used. I blame Sony.
