  • good you mentioned that its not plastic.. thats the impression i have got from all the other videos.. cant wait untill it comes out.

and that you can adjust the loop with the wheel is perfect

  • Yes, it's very solid and sturdy... It has an A+ for construction. Looks like a little tank!

  • do you know how precise the pith is? i have been looking for some specific info but all i see is that its high resolution.. how high?

  • I don't know the exact details, but I'll tell you it's much better and much more precise than the denon dnd 2500 on traktor... However, it's interesting to note that itch will only do 6% pitch shifts with the slider, it has adjusting buttons to move the range down all the way to 50% or so... It's hard to explain.

In other words, the slider will only go -6% up or down, I guess they did this to keep it precise to the 0.1.

Let's say you wanted to go 12% up, you would to press a pitch button +

  • how would you compare to a cdj like a 200, 400 or a denon 2500 you mentioned playing from CD? new to midi

thanks for answering everything, theres no vestax dealer in my area i cant play before i buy.

  • It feels just like a CD Player but without the need of cds.

  • really nice and really good lol

  • how come most dj's look like tech-nerds... they may got skills... but they need 2 pimp their look/styLE.... lame

  • You just don t need tables to play house music - have you ever thought about that?

Neither for Electro, Trance and Techno

Ok maybe for some Hip Hop music but it is just way easier to get your music sorted out right...

  • are you referring to the "Input Thru" in the back?

  • Well you could easily run the CD's into your laptop and play it from there. Otherwise take the Master inputs of the VCI and connect them to the outputs of your CD player via RCA cable

  • I'm planing on getting one but I have one concern. I have many clients that ask me to play a cd that they've brought to their party. How would accomplish that with this unit. Do you also take a cd player and hok it up to thru switch?

  • I applaud people wanting to DJ but these "toys" are simply not for me. This might be cool for a sweet 16 party or for people who really dont care and just want to hear some music but the day these are accepted at DMC is the day I fire up my tables like they do the aprons in Hells Kitchen. I am not going to hate on anyone game but I will stick with tables.

  • Probably one of the best reviews I've seen of this product. 5 stars. I've been trying to decide between the VCI-300 and ITCH or the VCI-100SE and Traktor, and this is giving me a great basis for my research.

  • Yes Itch is the program and it comes with the VCI300

  • Awesome thanks:) I might just get one of these!
