Upon rediscovering my old jump drive recently, I found a bunch of old in-class tests and goofy experiments I did while in 3D Animation I & II classes (mostly 3D I) in Lightwave 8. I thought I might throw them together for all to see the wackiness that happened in that class. They were two of my favorite classes in college, and I had fun while learning a lot about modeling, animating, texturing and particle effects.
I know that this isn't all, or really even half of what I had done, but I think this is all that I have. Some of it was used in my other 3D projects that I've posted. I won't try to explain all of it, but I do know that there's a brief clip from someone's Star Wars vs. Battlestar Galactica video that I had used as a background. The clips in the Star Wars title are from Battlefront II. The pre-modeled ships and characters (Star Trek, Star Wars, Grievous, Cowboy head) either came from various places online or from our Inside LightWave [8] textbook.
Probably my favorite clips are the cowboy with the deformed face puking up oil, a rough Voyager-like ship multiplying and spazzing out, and General Grievous ice skating.
