    This resonates on quite a few levels - what video today has a child smoking?....brilliant.

    The song, that the man with the banjo is actually playing, in this film is not "Oh Susannah", It is, "Going Across the Sea" which is a subtle beautiful old tune. He does it well. The film is called "And so they Live" (1940) Was on YouTube - but removed for copyright violation.

    (I really love this version of Oh Susannah)
