It's the Broadman Hymnal originally published in 1940 and containing alot of great hymns that you don't always find in more modern hymnals.

Great rendition of this old but very moving song, Yes I love these songs and this one because of it's 9/8 timing, and I enjoyed your choice of instrument., I know many have moved on to what they think is better in gospel music but who will ever remember any of it . I have my broadman published in 1940 and no I do not loan it out.

This was one of my early efforts on the dulcimer and probably one of the first hymns I played by ear. Yeah, I still keep a Broadman in my library too since many of the classic hymns are becoming scarce in the newer books.

This was my grandfather's favorite song. He has gone on to be with the Lord. Some of my family were at his bedside singing this song to him when he passed away. I love the music in this video. May God bless you.
