@fourtywpm Apparently not. I read that the guy from MIS got totally drunk when he was recording with some Maricahi guys, so they ended up recording this. He woke up the next morning and realized he made a mistake because it was a Rolling stone song and not from The Verve. So he asked permission from Rolling Stones and they said OK.
