is300, after installed hid fogs fully warmed up

Recorded on April 26, 2009 using a Flip Video camcorder. this is a video of the 3500k hid fogs after they came upto full temp. the yellow is very striking.

Yes you can swap out stock hid bulb to an aftermarket hid bulb, just keep the color temp around 4300k

What year and what size bulb are those? h3 or 9006? do you have an intake?

can u replace hid on a lexus is300 factory hid??cuz some say u cant and some say u can..so i dont know...if i do replace it do i have to change the whole kit ballast etc..too..or just the bulb?? thank you
