Fuckin' A !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NIN Rulesss !!!! Just like always ! They have kept changing or better say adapting to their surroundings in the best way ever ! Starting from their first album right to the last one ,they all give me exact feeling of ups n downs we experience throughout our lives !
This is a good thing. Now we don't have to endure another 2 albums worth of manure like we did with Year Zero and The Slip. Hopefully Trent grows his testicles back and comes out with another metal-ish album. That garage rock/alt shit NEEDS TO GO!!!
I'll throw you a bone for The Slip not being to your taste (though Head Down is an awesome song) ...but seriously: Year Zero? I mean, if you don't like the album, that's your prerogative (I tie it with The Fragile as my favourite) but other than The Beginning Of The End, NONE of it sounds "garage rock" at all. I suggest listening to both albums a few more times. The first time I heard The Slip, I hated it but now I find it fairly fucking awesome

As a true fan, if the band evolves like Nine Inch Nails did, you evolve with them.
