good lookin on the vid my man. i just got the mpc 60ii running OS 3.1 which is the exact same OS the mpc3000 is running. this vid just answered 2 things i been trying to figure since i got this 3 days ago. salute.

Had my mpc for a few months now, are you using vailaxi OS? This seems like a real long way of doing things. I'll post a video of how I chop up sooner or later.

There's a lot more work involved chopping a sample on these older machines, but they still seem to have a sound that sets them apart. Really gives me a lot of respect for the pioneers. Great video my man. You explain things very well.

thanks,the older machines do sound better to me,but nobody uses them anymore,its all digital now...everything you here now is computerized. im all for computers dont get me wrong,but there has to be a middle ground

People keep askin if the 3k does the same things then the newer ones.. no.. it does less but it does it better.
