  • LeRoi was, and will forever be, my favorite saxohpone player. As a fellow saxophonist myself, his abilities astound me everytime I listen to one of his solos. I idolize him in every way, from his personality to his technique. DMB without LeRoi will be a very difficult thing for me to grasp at first, as much as I love DMB in its entirety. Not hearing him playing Bartender, or Grey Street, Crash, Jimi Thing...any of their songs will never be the same.

You will be sorely missed, LeRoi. Cheers.

  • Soooo talented. That dude could have played any time, anywhere, and with anyone. I'm so glad he chose DMB. He made those DMB experiences so much more enjoyable.

  • Dave looks like he feels funny singing without his guitar. hes got his hands in pockets cause he doesnt know what to do with them, ha!

  • God is getting some great music. LeRoi, tear it up and break his heart...

  • probably the most precious thing I've seen in a while.Brother, you are missed. I love and miss you, your sister, Lori

  • I feel the same way. I recently started picking out Leroi's lines in DMB songs the last year I listened to it, and he contributes to the song, no matter what. he doesn't showboat. i especially liked grey street.

  • What a great man... I'll miss my man LeRoi

  • We were blessed to have him and thankfully his spirit will live on through his music.

I agree with simplecreativity - DMB will never be the same.

Godspeed to his family and the DMB family/community.

  • RIP Leroi Moore. A truly amazing talent, he will be missed but his music lives on forever. This is from a Santana show in Germany. Great DVD but they misspelled the bands name. For that show they were Dave Matthew Band. funny.

  • I love this video
