Because the African-Americans in the United States does not have an easy life does not mean that all Americans are racists!! Polish antisemitism is a myth which was created in the West after the war.Poland was under Soviet occupation and could not defend herself. This is the same as the stereotype of Polish cavalrymen who fought against German tanks on horseback in 1939. It's interesting why this myths has been created? Think!

@TequilAndLime your comment about 'always unhappy' and 'always accusing' baffles me. 1. I asked the person where s/he was quoting from. Didn't accuse him of anything. 2. I had one comment on this board, so 'always unhappy and accusing' makes no sense. Yes, there were Christian rescuers of Jews during the war. I did a thesis paper on the subject. But go type antisemitism in interwar Poland into google and you'll see what scholars say about this subject. Arguing on utube is silly.

Polish soldiers (about 1 million soldiers including more than 150 000 jewish) fought bravely for 5 weeks with the two most powerful armies of the world (Germany and the Soviets).
Promised aid from france and England never came.
One year later (1940) germany broke the French armies in 6 weeks.
After nearly a year of preparation for war, the allies have shown they are the real losers.

Since 1330 years the Jews have the right to live in peace and tolerance in Poland.
Prior to 1939 (German invasion) lived in Poland for more than 3 million Jews (9% of the population), after the war (1945)
survived only 100 000
Poland is not a perfect country, but the Jews through the centuries when they were persecuted in the West Europe and in Russia they found refuge in the Polish kingdom.
