  • My Global Sun oven gets to 350 routinely on a clear day in Texas, and near the end of the cooking cycle when the moisture is mostly gone it will climb to 400 F. In fact, condenstion on the inside of the glass and a rise in temp, means the dish is done. The highest temps is probably related latitude at least a little. I think near the equator, 450 is attainable with this oven. Nice video, even though cookies are a little hard to make cause of the high moisture retained inside the insulated box.
