Very good sound, purely amazing but its expensive.... most of hope to buy it second hand after few years cheap ;)

Actually no, it does not use full physical modeling, whatever Yamaha says. It uses samples of different characteristics of a piano, but composites them in realtime. Sort of like Roland's SuperNatural thing. The nature of samples is very evident here.
The only true piano modeling so far are V-Piano, but it's too expensive. Especially when Pianoteq 3 is every bit as good, and comes at a fraction of V-Piano's price.

IMO this stage piano is far from being a full success for its price, the roland V piano is miles ahead in terms of sound as well as technologically. Strange, as Yamaha can build some of the nicest digital pianos out there.
Although I have to admit, these DX sounds are great.
