But it's subtly revealed all the time in flashes as your eyes move - you don't look straight ahead all the time, so you may see a dark line when you look at yourself dead on in a mirror, but that's not how you're seen by others; they will pick up on the 'smoke' as well, I think :) x

You're welcome. :) This makeup look is much better than the typical smokey eye look with the defined smokey crease. I think this technique is much better for all eye shapes, in my opinion.

Sam's eyes are slightly hooded as you can see, when she opens her eyes, the lids are not very apparent. But they are not completely hooded cause you can still see the entire lid when she blinks. Hooded eyes look folded when the person looks down or blinks.
