A small sample of the rather extreme driving conditions on the Caribbean island of Dominica. The locals seem to be natural-born rallycross drivers. The driving is fast and insane since most of the roads are one and a half car widths, meaning you have to share the curves, sometimes no more than 3-4 inches apart. Some of the many other obstacles, besides the vehicles, are people hanging off of the vehicles, people walking on the blind curves, free-roaming livestock, giant pot-holes, sheer cliffs, 2 foot rain gutters along the side of the road, and spontaneous down pours of rain - since it's a rain forest island.
This road i currently under reconstruction so when u come back here in the next two years you will have a different opinion.
