this was a cool song back in 69 when i just turned 14, still like it. I don't know why there isn't a clear digital version of this available. I've tried em all-there all kind of "Muddy"

@TEMPmichaelhansen Actually I think Ron Dante was supposed to be Archie. Toni Wine was supposed to be both Betty and Veronica.

Contrary to popular belief, although the verses of Jingle Jangle are supposedly sung by either Betty or Veronica (the only two female members of the fictional group), in reality, it was not performed by any female vocalist, rather it was Dante using a falsetto voice ........

@TEMPmichaelhansen Yes, that's what we've been saying. He sang the verses. But the female doing the embellishments during the choruses was Toni Wine.
